Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital downloads except in the following cases:

- The file is defective or corrupted and cannot be accessed
- You received the wrong product
- There was a duplicate charge
