Unlike a traditional reading that focuses mainly on messages and insight, Spiritual Guidance sessions also include energy work to help release emotional heaviness, clear energetic blocks, and support healing on a deeper level.
What kinds of things can Spiritual Guidance help with?
These sessions may help provide clarity around relationships, life direction, grief, emotional healing, spiritual awakening, self-worth, anxiety, burnout, energetic overwhelm, and personal transformation.
What does “energy work” mean?
Energy work refers to spiritual and energetic healing practices that focus on balancing and supporting the body’s energetic system. Just as emotional stress can affect the body physically, energy work aims to help restore balance emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
Do I need to be spiritual to book a session?
Not at all. You do not need prior experience with spirituality, energy healing, or psychic work. Sessions are designed to be welcoming, grounded, and supportive for everyone.
What happens during a Spiritual Guidance session?
Starting the session, we will go over any questions or concerns on your heart and mind.
I will first channel any insights, energies, and passed love ones who are with you at the present time. Using my Mediumship skills to deliver any synchronicities and clarity.
We will end your session with Reiki energy to release, seal in and shift any emotions or feelings during the session.
Sessions may include intuitive guidance, chakra balancing, grounding techniques, or energetic clearing depending on your needs.
How do I prepare?
Come with an open mind, quiet space, water, and any intentions or questions. If you feel the need to write and record any questions or thoughts coming to you before the session, feel free to do so. We will go over anything you wish to have answered.
How will I feel after the session?
Many clients report feeling lighter, calmer, emotionally clearer, grounded, or deeply rested afterward. Sometimes energetic processing and insights may continue for a few days after the session. Make sure to drink plenty of water, reserve your energy, and journal any emotions of insights that come up after the session.
What platform are sessions held on?
Private virtual video session. A link to the session will be provided once booked.
Are sessions recorded?
At this time sessions are not recorded – please visit the list of other available readings that are pre-recorded and can be replayed infinitely.
Can I reschedule? What is your cancellation policy?
Yes, with 24-hour notice.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments or late cancellations are non-refundable and may incur a rebooking fee of $25.
